Are you drinking enough water daily? Because, water is the answer y’all! It is seriously the easiest thing to change in your daily routine and it can have life changing results. I said it. Life changing. As in no more constipation, weakness, low blood pressure, dizziness and confusion.

Water makes up about 73% of the human heart and about 60% of our bodies. It is crucial we are replenishing it with the foods we eat and what we are drinking. Nothing beats WATER.

How Much Should you Drink?

This is not a one size fits all answer, as it depends on your activity level, climate, and your size, but a good general rule of thumb is 90-125 oz for women and 125-155 oz for men.

Best Time to Drink Water

Forming habits around drinking water is key to getting in your daily water. Setting a routine is helpful. For example:

  1. Drink a large glass of water first thing in the morning, before having your cup of coffee.
  2. Carry a water bottle to the gym and finish it during your. 
  3. Have a glass of water at each meal.  

Set a Goal and Commit

Commit to this week getting in your daily water with me, mine is 125 oz, and report back how you feel. I know sometimes a fun water bottle helps. I love my SM Tumbler and I found a few others that were cute as well. How we treat our bodies matters. How we fuel it matters.
