Ingredients

  • 340 g Cooked Shredded Chicken (2 cups)
  • 120 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Good Culture)
  • 120 g 0% Yogurt (Fage)
  • 28 g Neufchatel Cheese (1oz)
  • 60 g Franks Buffalo Sauce (4 tbsp)
  • 40 g Medium Cheddar Cheese (Tillamook) To Top
  • Fresh Chives

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Shred Chicken in mixing bowl.
  • Mix together softened Neufchatel cheese with cottage cheese and yogurt into bowl with chicken. Add in buffalo sauce.
  • Pour into oven safe dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 min until top is golden. Top with fresh chives and start dipping!
